Lateness

At Green Wheel Cleaners, we work in teams, so it is very important that you are punctual to each shift.

When Should You Arrive?

You should arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled cleaning job. For example, if your first clean starts at 7PM, please arrive at 6:45PM.

If you believe that you are going to be late, call your supervisor or work partner as soon as possible to let them know.

Continual Lateness:

If you are late on a consistent basis, we would have to proceed with disciplinary action. If lateness becomes an issue during the probationary period, we may no longer be able to give you shifts.
