Probation Period

As a new member of the team, you will start off with a 90 day probation period. This is to ensure you get adequate training, and to assess your progress. The probation period is established at the beginning of your employment for you to see if you enjoy working with us, and if you are a suitable match for the company.

 During this period, we will assess:

• Cleaning quality
• Attendance
• Punctuality
• Work ethic
• Business values (pride in a job well done, consistency, honestly and cheerfulness)

Being an awesome person will just be a bonus!
