Looking at jobs
Looking at Jobs
When you go to look at your jobs, there are a few key things to watch out for:
- Job Instructions
- Job Notes
- Job Forms
Job Instructions:
Job instructions are often comments made by the client or another employee instructing you about something related to the job. This could be the location of a key, or simply a client asking you to make a small adjustment to your cleaning tasks for that particular visit.
Job Notes:
Job notes most often include alarm codes and client phone numbers in case of emergency.
Job Forms:
Job forms outline a detailed list of activities that must be completed for that particular visit. Some clients only have one job form, while others may have many.
